For Domestic Shipping: Average delivery is 2 weeks. On Some rare occasions, shipping might take a few more days.

For International Shipping: Delivery varies depending on your country custom's regulations. Usually, it varies between 2-6 weeks (with average being less than 30 days).

Where are my items coming from?

Our warehouse is in America, but some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

 
Will my orders be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most likely this occurs because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send multiple emails detailing the status of your order

Are the "FREE" items really free?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is shipping & handling. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
